timezone and tz_name

The timezone variable stores respondents' offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This value is stored in minutes. The offset can be positive or negative, depending on whether respondents' are ahead of or behind UTC. Because there are twelve offsets in each direction from UTC, values range from -720 to +720. The tz_name variable gives the timezone name.
