- Have 4-6 weeks elapsed since you took the survey? This is the standard time frame for delivery of most virtual incentives.
- Have you checked your SPAM folder? The e-mail, if sent, may have been mistakenly flagged as SPAM by your e-mail client.
If yes to both of these, please click "Submit a request" in the upper right corner of the screen. Include your initial invite link (the link you clicked on to take the survey), and we'll investigate.
