Update to rank question reporting in 9.7

Starting with 9.7, our platform automatically incorporates two closed end options for rank questions. 

For rank data stored by position (e.g., "Q7RANK1"), the platform now includes the closed end option, "Rank not provided" (Option ID: 99911) and the closed end option, "Rank not shown" (Option ID: 99912).  

For rank data stored by item (e.g., "Q7R1"), the platform now includes the closed end option, "Item not provided" (Option ID: 99911) and the closed end option, "Item not shown" (Option ID: 99912). 

These options will be populated if a respondent has ranked one or more ranks for the question. 

Previously, the platform would not record any data for such variables if it was not expressly entered.  This sometimes caused confusion.  See example below:

With the new closed end options, the base of each ranking question (by position or by item) is the total number of respondents who responded to the ranking question.
