The IntelliSurvey Help Web Site ("Help Web Site") and all of its contents (including but not limited to all text, software, images, programming syntax, algorithms, respondent displays, and layouts), are owned by IntelliSurvey, Incorporated ("IntelliSurvey"). The Help Web site is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms of Use permit you to use the Help Web Site to support the use of the IntelliSurvey Survey Platform ("Platform"). Use of the Help Web Site is expressly restricted to individuals and organizations who have (a) entered into contractual agreements to use the Platform, either on a Services or SaaS basis, ("Clients"), or (b) entered into a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with IntelliSurvey.

You must not reproduce, share, modify, create derivative works of, or download any of the material on the Help Web Site, except that your web browser may cache the content of the Help Web Site. No right, title or interest in any content on the Help Web Site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by IntelliSurvey. Any use whatsoever of the Help Web Site that is not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use will violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
