When you click on "Help" in the IntelliSurvey software you'll initially be interacting with the IntelliSurvey chat Bot. Upon entering a query the bot will serve you a list of articles for consideration. When you open an article a question will appear at the bottom of the chat window:
"Does this article answer your question?"
The options and actions when choosing are as follows:
"Yes" - choosing this answer will resolve your query.
"No, I need help" - choosing this answer will ask a follow up question:
"Please tell us why"
The options are as follows, choosing either leaves your query unresolved and allows you to return to the chat and chose another one of the served articles that might resolve your query.
"It's related, but it didn't answer my question"
"It's not related to my question"
Users can opt not to answer the question and instead use the back arrow at the upper left of the chat window. The chat bot will still make the inquiry about the article's utility. Further articles clicked into will ask the question until you answer "Yes".
Once your query is resolved you won't be asked about articles you click on. Answering these questions helps the chat bot answer questions more accurately.
