preface and footnote tags

The preface tag allows text, images, or other content to be displayed above a question or table. The footnote tag does the same below the question or table.

Details

• Both preface and footnote are compatible with all question and table types and may contain content such as HTML, images, links, settexts, question piping, and Perl code.
• These tags can be attached directly to individual question and table widgets, or applied "globally" to all questions by attaching them to a set defaults widget. Similarly, both preface and footnote can also be included on a start group widget to apply their content to all questions within a group.
• Prefaces that have been applied globally or to a group can be hidden for an individual question by adding preface: n to the question.
• Both preface and footnote allow for heredoc usage for longer/more complex content.
