Listbox questions

Listbox questions are multiselect questions created using the type: listbox tag that display their options in a menu. To select multiple options, press and hold the Ctrl key (PC) or the ⌘ key (Mac), and click each menu option.

Details

• Listbox questions support simple lists.
• The list defaults to showing four items in the menu. Use the size tag to change this default number.
• Autoother options show the option text "other" without a text field when used in a listbox. If a text field is required, use a type: checkbox question instead.
• type: listbox does not support the exclusive or selectall tags. If an opt-out option is needed, use a decline-to-answer (DTA) option instead.
• On mobile devices, a "pop-up" shows on the screen instead of a menu. In needed, use the instructions tag to guide the respondents.
