Pulldown questions are single select questions that display a dropdown menu, created using the type: pulldown tag.

Pulldown questions require at minimum a question ID, question text, a type tag, and one or more options to choose from.

The prompt tag adds a default option at the top of the pulldown list, which can be used to provide additional instructions or serve as a visual indicator for the pulldown input (such as '>>').
