Reporting guide (r9)

IntelliSurvey features a powerful reporting interface. Much of what traditionally is outsourced to data processing can be performed online, within the same software, without exporting data. The UI (user interface) connects you with your survey data and is easy to understand and manipulate.

This section of the documentation provides the foundation for building and viewing reports, and then moves on to advanced capabilities. If you have a question about current functionalities, need customized reports, or even wish to share your ideas about improving/adding features, you can reach out to Support. Creating reports, exports, and digests

Report types

The IntelliSurvey platform offers the following report types:

• Frequency reports — A quick overview of survey field counts, base sizes, and percentages
• Response reports — A report with data organized and displayed in a grid format
• Individual Response reports — A report with detailed survey data for a single respondent
• Crosstab reports — A cross-tabulation/contingency table report
• Base Counts reports — An overview of the number of responses for each survey field
• Page reports — A report organized by survey pages
• Verticalized (Tableau) exports — A report driven by the verticalization of specific questions
• Verticalized by list exports — A report driven by the selection and verticalization of the fields associated with a single list
• Charts — A visualization of your survey data with graphs
• Miscellaneous export types — ASCII, Excel, Flattened Delimited, SPSS, Triple-S

Additional tools and resources

IntelliSurvey's software supports advanced analytics which are often outsourced, like TURF analysis and MaxDiff scoring. Additionally, there is extensive customization available for reports and some interesting, hidden features we wish to highlight.
