Version Notice: This article covers features in our r9/IS Pro platform. If you're looking for information on this topic related to r8, Delete Responses.
The Delete Responses applet permanently clears respondent records from the survey data. Once executed, this action cannot be reversed. Only certain user roles have access to this feature. For more information about user permissions, see Survey roles and rights.
This applet deletes all of the respondent's data and the record ID itself. To delete data from specific questions without deleting the record itself, use one of the following instead:
- Editing records in Individual Response reports
- Data Management > Add Data
- Data Management > Advanced Update
Note: If a report is open, displaying records which are deleted, the report will automatically refresh, removing the deleted responses.
