Version Notice: This article covers features in our r9/IS Pro platform. If you're looking for information on this topic related to r8, see RPM tile.
RPM is an acronym for responses per minute. This is a measure of survey page submissions: how many survey pages (responses) are submitted to the server per minute. In other words, RPM is an indicator of how "hot" the survey is running. The RPM tile displays a graph of this metric. It has a drop down menu which allows you to modify the X axis time scale of the graph to compare current RPM against older benchmarks.
Note: The acceptable range of RPM is governed by the hardware configuration on which IntelliSurvey is installed, and how many surveys are fielding concurrently. Check with your administrator to find out the normal operating RPM of your survey.
