Version Notice: This article covers features in our r9/IS Pro platform. If you're looking for information on this topic related to r8, see Quotas tile.
The Quotas tile is a customizable tile that makes it easy to quickly see the counts for any quota or click balance quota in the survey. In the Fielding Overview applet, the Quotas tile appears as one of the six default tiles on the Metrics tab.
Overview
The default view of the Quotas tile is a stacked bar chart showing the counts for each option of a specific quota or click balance quota. Options that are uncapped have a blue bar, and options that are capped have a green bar. For capped options, the first segment of each bar provides the number of completes up to the cap. The second segment provides the number unfilled or the additional completes over the cap as needed.
Hover your mouse over one of the bars to view additional details for that quota option.
Use the dropdown menu at the top of the tile to select which quota is displayed on the tile.
Grid View
The Quotas tile provides two display options. Quotas are displayed as a bar chart by default, but if you prefer to view the quotas as a grid, click the Gear menu in the upper-right hand corner of the tile and select Grid View.
In Grid View, quota caps (the target numbers) can be added or edited by clicking on the appropriate cell in the Quota column and entering a number. The value in the Percent column will be updated to reflect any changes to the Quota column's input.
Any changes made in the grid view to the quota caps will be reflected in the corresponding table in the Quota Manager, and vice versa.
Adding additional Quotas tiles
If you would like to add more Quotas tiles to the Metrics screen, you can click Add Tile in the upper-right corner, and select Quotas from the menu. This allows for multiple quotas or click balance quotas to be viewed and managed at once.
