crosslistid and crosslist text separator

In cross lists, the default separator for each concatenated option ID is an underscore, and a comma for each new option text. To override these defaults, use the crosslistidseparator and crosslisttextseparator tags. 

Syntax

setlist: CROSS_LIST
crosslists: LIST_A, LIST_B
crosslistidseparator: Custom ID here
crosslisttextseparator: Custom text here
