instructions tag

The instructions tag attaches instructions to a question without showing them in the reports. Instructions are helpful for clarifying complex questions.

Details

• The instructions tag accepts text input and supports HTML formatting.
• Instructions can be added to a class for reuse across similar questions.
• By default, the instructions tag places the text on a separate line after the question.  To override this and keep the text on the same line, use the show inline: y decorator or show instructions inline: y default survey setting.
