The Quotas tile is a customizable tile that makes it easy to quickly see the counts for any quota from a specific survey while you are on your Survey Dashboard or HOME page in the Dashboard, Summary Tiles view.
On the Survey Dashboard
If you are on your Survey Dashboard, the Quotas tile will appear on the dashboard as one of the six default tiles.
A tooltip appears with additional information when the cursor is placed over a bar in the chart. In the image below, we can see that the EU quota's total goal (a.k.a. quota cap) is 70. The quota is 81.4% filled.
Although it defaults to displaying the first quota programmed, it has a dropdown menu with a list of all available quotas within that particular survey. You can select any quota in the list to change what is displayed on the tile.
The Quotas tile also has two display options. Quotas are displayed as a bar chart by default, but if you prefer to view the quotas as a grid, click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner of the tile.
If you would like to add more Quotas tiles to your Survey Dashboard, you can click on Add Tile in the blue menu bar, and select Quotas from the menu. A new tile will appear in the dashboard. You can add up to six Quotas tiles. For more information, read Adding tiles to your dashboards.
On the HOME dashboard in Summary Tiles view
You can use your HOME page to create a comprehensive dashboard of all your projects, including viewing quota(s) for a specific survey. On your HOME page, switch from the default Survey Navigator to the Dashboard Summary Tiles view. Then, add a new survey tile to the main dashboard. Once the survey tile is available, click on the QUOTAS button to switch from the overall status view to the quotas view. Similar to the Quotas tile found on the Survey Dashboard, you can select a quota from the dropdown list to change the quota that is displayed.
