IntelliSurvey's home dashboard allows users to create, remove, or reorder as many survey tiles as desired. Survey tiles allow users to view some basic information about a survey at a glance without opening a Survey Dashboard. Information in tiles is organized into three tabs: the status of records contained in a survey data set, the status of quotas, as well as an activity monitor. This flexibility allows users to configure her home dashboard in a manner which suits individual needs. If, for example, a user is running a variety of surveys at one time, he or she could create a single tile for each survey. Each tile would then give him or her a glance into each survey. On the other hand, a user may be fielding one large study which requires close monitoring. In that case, the user could create several tiles for just that survey, perhaps one for each important quota, and one for the status. The purpose of the tile is to give a quick snapshot at a subset of information. For more in-depth access, a user must launch the Survey Dashboard.
Opening a survey tile
To monitor a survey, add a tile to the Home Dashboard by clicking the Survey button in the Tile Menu, found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
This launches a mini survey browser, from which the target survey is selected:
Surveys in this list can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order by clicking the Sort arrows in each column heading.
There are three tabs in each Survey tile:
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Status | This tab on the tile allows you to see the counts and percentages of the various record statuses. More information about the various respondent statuses is here. |
Quotas | This shows a drop down menu which allows you to select a quota you wish to monitor. For the selected quota, the window will display a frequency report. If quota targets are set, the window will show the progress made against the targets in each category with contrasting colors. More information about quotas is here. |
Activity | The Activity tab shows actions, notices, and errors (filterable via the A, N, and E buttons). Note: These are actions taken by IntelliSurvey users on the survey in question, not survey respondents. |
RPM | Shows amount of survey traffic over time. |
