Users can have limited access to saved reports for a given survey. There are two levels of saved report access:
- User can see all saved reports, and all saved export: This is achieved via the assignment of the Limited Reports Viewer role to the user via the survey's Users app.
- User can see only certain saved reports, and certain saved exports: This is possible by assigning a user access to one or more reports via the Deliverables applet.
In either case, users will have a limited view of survey administration. On the HOME dashboard, limited saved reports users see a tile with three tabs: Saved Exports, Saved Reports, and Status.
Opening saved reports
Saved reports are opened by double-clicking on the report name in the list from the Reports tab. Doing so will open the report in a new tab. Subsequent reports launched from the tile will use the same new tab, provided it is still open. To open these in a new tab instead, hold the control key while double-clicking.
Opening and rerunning saved exports
Saved exports can be download by double-clicking on the export name from the HOME dashboard tile. Exports downloaded in this way are populated with the survey data from when the export was created or last run.
To populate the export with the latest data, browse to the Exports app by clicking the Open button on the survey tile.
This launches the survey app. Next, click the Exports button from the Navigation Menu:
Finally, choose select the export you wish to re-run from the list and click Re-run from the Actions menu.

When a saved report is opened, or when the Open button is clicked from the survey tile, the user is provided a limited survey administration interface. This minimal interface features a ribbon that allows for toggling between Exports and Reports.
