The Survey Info applet presents all of a survey’s various links in one organized location, making it easy for users to find exactly the link they need.
From the Survey Links portion of the page, a user can click a button to test any version of the survey (Testmodes vs. Live, English vs. translation, and Dev vs. Pub). The Notes section allows users with higher permissions to leave messages and instructions for everyone to see.
To access the Survey Info applet, expand the Survey button group and select Info.
Visibility
Not all information displayed within Survey Info is visible to all users. Only those with a system role of Survey Creators+ are shown "Dev" (In development) links in the Survey Links section. This is to help clients focus on the most ready version of the survey: the "Pub" (Published) version. If users wish to share Dev links, they can create a separate note with this information (see below).
By default, all notes are visible to all users. Visibility restrictions for notes may be specified by the survey Manager as desired. See note restrictions for more information. If no notes have been added, only the Survey Links portion of the page will be displayed.
Note: If a survey has yet to be published, only the Dev links will work. However, since development links aren't visible to all users, the page will likely appear blank for external testers, clients, and field managers, until the survey is published or until notes without viewing restrictions are added.
For more information, see Dev and Pub Mode.
Survey Links
The Survey Links section of the Survey Info applet provides links to the most recent Dev and Pub versions of the survey, both in the original language and for any translations (if applicable). In addition, links are provided for each Dev/Pub version in all four testmodes: Test 1, Test 1.1, Test 2, and Live.
The following columns are available under Survey Links. All columns are shown by default except Invite Link Creation Format.

Accessing survey links
To access a survey link, simply click on the lightning bolt icon under the Go to column in the row for the specific survey link you wish to view, and a new browser window will open. Users may also elect to copy the web address under the Link column and paste it into another browser window.
Note, the Phone column displays an option to send the survey link to a mobile number. This is currently under development and is intended for US phone numbers only.
Search by filters or sort
As in other places in the IntelliSurvey interface, the Survey Links table can be sorted by clicking the column header. It can also be filtered by hovering the cursor over a column header and clicking the arrow to see a list of filter options specific to that column. Multiple filter options can be applied for a single column and in multiple columns. Column width can also be adjusted by clicking and dragging the column to resize it to the desired width.
Notes
Notes are a useful way to communicate a survey's status, updates, timelines, special links, etc. Notes are visible to all users by default; place restrictions on visibility as needed.
Creating a note
Users with a role of Survey Creator+ can create a note via the Add Note button at the top-right corner of the screen. In the new note, they can provide a title (or use the default title, a time stamp) and enter their message in the text box. Once finished, click on the Save button (floppy disk icon) to save the message, or click on the Cancel button (red circle icon) to exit the screen.
Viewing restrictions
To alter viewing permissions, click on the Edit Visibility icon (). A modal (pop-up) will appear with expandable/collapsible menus that allow users to choose which Groups and Domains or Individuals are permitted to view the note. Only users/user groups who have permissions related to the survey will be available as options. Multiple user groups, domains, or users can be granted permission at one time.
Editing a note
To edit a note, click on the Pencil icon () on the right-hand side of the note. While in edit mode, the Pencil icon will be replaced with the following icons (from top to bottom): Save, Cancel, Move Up, Move Down, Delete, and Edit Visibility.
The contents of the note can be edited directly in the text box. To edit the title, click on it, and a text field will appear, prompting the user to Enter a title. If any edits are made by mistake, simply click the Cancel button to undo all edits. To delete the note, click on the Trash can icon.
Customizing survey info
Survey Creators+ have the ability to rearrange the way information is displayed within the Survey Info applet. By default, the page is arranged with Survey Links on top and notes below, with the notes displayed in chronological order. Clicking on the Pencil icon next to any note or the Survey Links table will allow the user to shift any item up or down the page with the Move Up/Move Down buttons. Items can be moved one at a time. After each item is shifted up or down to its new location, click the Save button before moving to the next item.
