The Survey Dashboard is your portal for managing your survey. Each survey has its own dashboard with informational tiles, an action menu bar, and a Navigation menu pertaining solely to that survey.
The Navigation menu includes buttons to access features such as quotas, editing the survey, managing response data, and so on.
Tiles offer a dynamic, configurable viewpoint on the information presented. On a Survey Dashboard, there are six types of tiles available:
- Status tile: Status tiles display a report of all record's statuses within the survey data set, as well as the current survey stage, incidence, and average LOI (length-of-interview).
- Quotas tile: This tile features a drop down list of all quotas within the survey, and will display counts of the one that is selected.
- Activity tile: The Activity tile shows actions (A), notices (N), and errors (E) and are filterable via the associated buttons. Note these are actions taken by IntelliSurvey's users, not survey respondents.
- RPM tile: The RPM tile displays a graph of RPM (Responses per Minute). This is a measure of survey page submissions: how many survey pages (responses) are submitted to the server per minute from the given survey.
- Terminations tile: A report of reasons for respondent terminations.
- Incidence tile: An interactive tile for digging into incidence rates.
